[Everyone] Emergency Meeting - Special assessment for fencing

Good evening residents,

Thanks to the hard work of Jordan and the fence committee, we have a final
quote to meet the insurance company requirements as well as replacing the
fence along the back of the property.  Accurate Fence has included a nice
layout diagram with the quote.  Since sometimes attaching files to messages
sent to the mailing list doesn't  work, I have uploaded them to the

Because of the amount of the final quote ($15,480), we will need to discuss
a special assessment of $1,200 for each unit.  I am calling an emergency
meeting for Sunday, April 4th at 5pm.  I realize that it's Easter Sunday,
but time is of the essence.  If this is a problem, we could try for Monday
or Tuesday evening of next week.

I will send out a link for the on-line meeting an hour before.  Unless I
hear an objection, I will talk with everyone on Sunday.  Please review the
layout and final quote from Accurate Fence before then.
