Hi All:

Every year I hire Expest to come out to treat the carpenter bees that swarm and chow down on parts of my home.  I have arranged for Expest to spray my home on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.  They will arrive somewhere between 11am and 1pm to start the process, (takes about 10-15 minutes/home).  If you are interested in having them spray your town-home as well, (usually the front wood sections and the back porches), at the same time/date you should contact Lori with Expest at the number below to have your name added to to their list, (and to make your separate arrangements for payment).  The cost is $95/home, but if enough people participate they will give us a reduction to $75/home.  This is a cost that you will need to pay personally and is not covered by the HOA.
Note that if you still see the carpenter bees, (they look a little like bumble bees), after Expest sprays, the company will often come back out to respray at your request.Mark406 Drexel(404) 525-3000 Contact information for Expest:LoriExpest Exterminating, Inc.
