[Everyone] Chelsea Place | Fence/Railing Update

Hi All,

I just spoke with Accurate, and they are hoping to start work on the front fence and railing as early as tomorrow, however it may not be till Thursday or Friday. They will update me in the morning with a more approximate day and time.  

Regarding the back fence, they received the materials, but unfortunately they came in black and not the bronze we had requested. Our options are as follows:
They can install the fence as it came, so it will be black.
They can install the fence and paint it bronze.
Or they can re-order the materials in bronze, which of course would take another few months to produce. 

Please keep in mind this does not affect the fence or railing along street, only the fence in the back. I’m open to suggestions from the greater group as for how to proceed here. 

Lastly, I would like to request some support to help oversee the project once it starts. I will not be available to watch over this once work begins, so if someone could step up and help manage the process for here on out that would be great.
