[Everyone] FYI: Liability & Safety Issues

I finally got a response from one of the handrail installers. He said he
can come over later this afternoon to look at it and give us a quote. If
anyone would like to join please let me know as I'm not exactly sure where
we need them. Otherwise I just look at the document from earlier.
