Hi Elaine,    I just wanted to let you know that I'm only dealing with our current agent from the prospective of her negotiating an extension of time with CAU for us to complete the required repairs, (after we get estimates).   She is not looking for alternate carriers for us at this time. Real quick, can the individuals that are working on getting fencing, railing and insurance quotes respond with who they have contacted and any expected timeline for an on-site visit or quote?  That way, we can try and stay on top of things.

And a quick note for everyone, when you reply to a message on the list, try and remember to remove all the email addresses except for everyone at chelseaplacedecatur.com.  Typically, if you do "Reply to All", it's going to include the email address of the mailing list and the email address of the person who sent it.  My email program is smart enough to filter out duplicates like that, but not everyone's email program or app does.
