I’ve just been able to catch up on all of this. First off, I’d like to say I’m very I’m happy to be your neighbor! I think we live in a beautiful little community, and keeping it that way obviously requires some teamwork. I’d like you all to know I am here to help in anyway I can. I have been working remotely with some pretty nutty hours, but as of next week my schedule frees up, so please let me know how I can be of service.

I asked if it would be sufficient to CAU if we had some of the repairs underway by our renewal date and she said that she wasn't sure, that she could not speak for CAU Underwriting. Her words were that "they may or may not give you an extension of time to make the repairs" even if they are underway by February 16, 2021.
