[Everyone] Urgent! Possible loss of our Association's common areas insurance coverage.

I'd also like to give a big thanks to those that are stepping up. We're
shorthanded at work, so I don't have a lot of free time, and what free time
I do have is being eaten up dealing with my recent family issues.
