[Everyone] Sewage Line Leak

Hi Jordan
What. A. Bummer.  Although I'm new to any official position, as the
treasurer I think I am safe in saying that no, the HOA fees do not cover
expenses like this.  They pretty much only cover common property --
landscaping of common areas, fencing, insurance of entire property, and the
like.
As a close neighbor, I will of course be most interested in learning what
you know about the source, the cause, and the reach of the leak. I knew on
Sat that Mark was dealing with something...and now you. Let us know if we
can assist in any way.
