[Everyone] Sewage Line Leak

Hello Neighbors,

It seems there is a leak in the sewer line that runs below 404 and 406. According to the plumber that came yesterday he thinks the leak is coming from underneath my unit, but it is causing spillage into the creek outside of unit 406.  I will need to have a plumber come to assess the leak again and give a proper estimate, but wanted to check to see if the sewage lines are covered by the HOA.
