[Everyone] Hello from 344!

Hi Chelsea Place!

I want to introduce myself as the new owner of 344 Drexel; I'll be closing
this Friday, 2/26. Dave Weiner was kind enough to share your group email
address so that I could be in touch in advance of my move, which will be on
March 22.

My name is Maryann Dabkowski (pronounced Dab-cow-skee), and I'm so excited
to be joining your community. I love dogs, baking, and watching figure
skating (alas, I can barely stand up on skates). Even before the pandemic
started, I've been working from home as a mental health clinician and
corporate trainer. I hope I'll get a chance to get to know all of you as
well.

In the spirit of being a good neighbor, I wanted to let all of you know
that I have a contractor doing work on the home in advance of my move. He
will be there with some members of his team starting this Saturday, 2/27,
and will be in and out for a couple of weeks. He's aware that he should not
block any driveways and should work only during appropriate hours. If he
does cause any issues for any of you, please feel free to contact me so I
can address ASAP.

As a reminder, I'm not officially part of your list yet, so please "Reply
all" or add my email address to your "To" or "Cc" line if you are replying
to me.
