Good afternoon everyone!

I just got off the phone with Janis who has informed me that the closing on
410 has been completed.  Janis had sold 410 to a broker who buys houses in
as-is condition, fixes them up and brokers the sale to the final owners.
While the closing attorney would not give Janis the name or email address
of the new owners, they did assure her that they will be sending a HOA
letter and that 410 will be owner occupied, not rented out.  Per Janis'
request, I have removed her from the mailing list, so if you wish to send
her a congratulatory message, you will have to send it to her directly.
