I sent the estimate I received to you and officers on 28 January--the day I
received it. See below.

I have not received nor do I expect another estimate. (I do not plan to go
after another firm.) The other two estimates we should expect should be
sent to Mitsy and to Mark.

I am passing along to you this first estimate (att.)

Explanation:

front fencing across Drexel Ave w/gate (prioritized)--total: $4324

back fencing, with three different options (alum; pone post;
positive)--total from $5152 to $7998.

In business since 1959 (licensed; bonded, etc.) Warranty on workmanship.

This company does not do railing installation work. Another may do so.

NOTE: Estimate good for 14 days.

I am expecting one other estimate. Mark will get another next week. The
clock-ticking begins (again).
