[Everyone] Estimates

Good afternoon everyone.  I'd like to collect the estimates we've
received for the railing work into a single conversation.

Vincent, I believe that you've gotten two estimates so far.  Could you
share the information on them again with everyone?

Mark, have you gotten the estimate from the person that you had come out
yet?  If not, have they given you any idea when they would have it to you?

Are there any other pending estimates for the railing work?

There are a number of us who believe that we need to show the CAU rapid
forward progress.  The renewal application has been signed and the check
sent, but we as of yet still don't have confirmation that the policy has
been renewed.  Since the renewal date is 2/16, it's been suggested that we
have another meeting this weekend to go over the estimates, make a
selection and determine if a special assessment will be needed.  Does
Sunday at 5pm work for everyone again?
