[Everyone] Mailbox Issue

Given the reports of problems, it seems the mailboxes need to be replaced.
I propose that the president of HOA seek formal agreement among us in re:
replacement. If there is agreement he should set up a process for
replacement. This may involve a bit of  research on his part or that of a
volunteer.
