[Everyone] Mailbox Issue

I have the same problem with mailbox 12. key sticks, lock sticks,
something...  it's a pain to open.  If lots of others have this issue
perhaps COA could look into replacing mailbox?  Meanwhile, squirt some
graphite into the lock, it helps for a while.
