Greetings all,
I contacted three window cleaning services and have two estimates; see
below for one and attached for the other
I also offer the following for your information:
1.  Fish Window cleaning did Elaine Walker's-now-Maryann's place. Perhaps
either or both can testify to their work.  The owner came out to our place
and gave it a good look (the only company that did so). He does not
guarantee they can reach the skylights, but will do the best.
2. The Window Gang (see attached) is also happy to do gutters.
3. Screens add to the cost.
4. So does the timing. I spoke with Sunshine Window cleaning who sound like
the most experienced and knowledgeable but did not bid, said that we could
and should consider the following:
Save money by having a company come during the non-peak season (Sept. -
Feb) to do windows and gutters all at once. He said that each person doing
gutters individually is really a waste of money.  They do skylights too, no
problem.  But again, alas, they didn't bid.

I want to suggest that we:
1. Hire Fish for windows now and get better organized for next year's
window and gutter cleaning all at once.

Hi Rosamond,



It was nice meeting you yesterday. I appreciate the opportunity! I have
broken down pricing for the various units at your complex. If more than 5
units get cleaning done, we can apply a 10% discount to the prices.
Unfortunately, I do not believe we can clean most of the skylights. If
people really want it done, we can attempt them on the day we are there for
an additional $20 per skylight, but they will have to understand that it
may not be completely clean due to the bubble shape and location on the
roof. My techs would just have to try and see if they can get to them when
they are on site.



Unit 408 – Clean all windows inside and out $225 / Clean all windows
outside only $155



Units 410 & 412 – Clean all windows inside and out $215 / Clean all windows
outside only $145



Units 338, 340, 342, 344, 400, 402, 404 & 406 – Clean all windows inside
and out $192 / Clean all windows outside only $135 (End units would be an
additional $25 as they have several windows on the side)
