Misty,

You're welcome.  For anyone that wants to opt for the 4 monthly payments,
just include an extra $300 for the next 4 months if you pay your HOA dues
monthly.  If you pay annually or semi-annually, just send a check for $300
every month for 4 months starting May 1st.
