[Everyone] I'm the new Chelsea Place treasurer

Greetings,
I'm writing to introduce myself as your new Chelsea Place treasurer. I'm
Rosamond in 402.  Please feel free to drop your HOA dues in the mailbox
next to our garage, or, if you have your bank send a check each month, the
address remains the same: 414 Drexel Ave.

Obviously I'm new to this, so I appreciate your patience as I learn the
ropes. Please don't hesitate to be in touch if you have any questions or
concerns.
