Rosamund and I met yesterday and I have officially handed or the reins to

Checks issued by your bank should continue to be sent to 414 Drexel Ave,
Decatur, GA, so there is no need to change anything with that.
Hand-delivered checks can be put into Rosamund's mailbox outside her unit,
402, which is next to mine.
