Good morning everyone!

You all will recall the urgent matter of the replacement of the
deteriorating fence stretching along the back side of the property was
discussed briefly during our last meeting (by Zoom), along with other
projects discussed for the concerns of safety and upgrade of the property
(put on a list of items to be considered in due course). It was clear that
the fence replacement needed to be prioritized and Sara Crews and Vincent
Wimbush were asked to get estimates for the cost of the project. I'd like
to express my appreciation to both of them for their time and efforts in
doing that.

I send this today to let you know what the cost estimates are for the
project. The three estimates--received some time ago--range from $6,400 to
$9,400+.

It is clear that the fence needs to be replaced. We know what category of
cost we are likely to face. We now need to discuss the next steps to get
the work done. This may involve updating estimates or getting more
estimates.

To get the process moving forward, Rosamund, could you let us know what our
current bank balance is and what our expected expenses and income over the
next three days are?
