[Everyone] Spring meeting

Greetings neighbors!

I'd like to have our spring meeting on Sunday, May 31st at 4pm.  It's the
weekend after Memorial Day, and we'll do it on-line.  If we feel that we
need to, we can re-convene outside to examine the fence or any other
outdoor items.  I will set it up and and send out a link around 3pm on
Sunday.

The floor is open for agenda items.  Right now, I have officer reports and
fence repair/replacement.  If you have anything else you'd like to have
added to the agenda, just let me know.
