[Everyone] The car parked right outside the entrance

I first shared concern about this vehicle last month (December 21). The
only response I received at the time was from someone who indicated s/he
thought the vehicle belonged to someone not at Chelsea Place
but on Drexel somewhere in the 300s. I cannot be sure about this
information, but the vehicle at this point seems to have been left or
abandoned in a rather way in an awkward spot. It is time responses are made
to the situation. I plan to report to more than one city office.
