[Everyone] Is there an HOA meeting on Dec. 6th?

Sara,
That second set of bylaws was not in the documentation that I received, nor
was Joanna or I aware of a second set. I believe that we only have the
original bylaws that have no restrictions on rentals. Based on that, I
recently told a prospective buyer that there were no restrictions on
renting out the house.
My calendar shows 4pm as the meeting time, but if enough want to move it to
4:30, we can do that.
