That is the consensus that we all came to when we discussed it.  With the holidays fast approaching, I don't think there's really any other day we can have it.  We can do it online.  I think these are the items that we want to have on the agenda other than reports:

Holiday bonus for Jimmy
Fence & response from the insurance company
Number of recent unit sales and them becoming rentals

Anything else?
