Not sure about the date you have in mind for meeting in May. If *late* May
meeting is in mind, then driveway setting--with distance still
observed--may be feasible and in order. (That is, if others are
comfortable.) Otherwise, we should try to set up virtual meeting.

Also, not sure how things are normally set up, but I would suggest agenda
of items and issues to be covered be proposed and circulated ahead of
meeting.
