G & G Painters came out today on a limited time basis.  We walked around the complex, and the following units will receive quotes: 340, 342, 344, 400, 402, 406, 408, and 410.  The owner will return tomorrow to spend more time accessing the cost; so, don't be alarmed if you see Gregg Guerra walking around.  (My daughter has used this company on a number of her real estate houses and personal home.)


On Friday afternoon another paint company will come out in the mid afternoon; perhaps before I'm able to arrive from a meeting.  Generally, I prefer three quotes; so, if anyone knows of a good, reliable company, please let me know.  I've told both companies that we would like to have the work completed by the end of October.
