[Everyone] Tree Pruning and Exterior Painting

Sara,I don't see much encroachment from the tree in the front of my house but there is some "illegal property easement" into my porch by the tree in the back.  Also, include me in on the exterior painting.  Thanks for working on this.Mark

Ron brought to my attention that several limbs at his home need to be pruned back.  Please check to see if any limbs are encroaching on your decks and/or rooftops.  Also, we discussed getting bids for exterior painting as we could get better pricing with multiple units participating.  If you know of a good paint company, let me know.  I know of one very good family-owned company in which I will contact.  Please let me have your input about these two matters by 9/15/19.
