Hello everyone, 
First, thanks to Sara for all the legwork on getting painting estimates. I do think conversation about this is needed, as I too would like to know more about the last estimate.

I would also suggest carryover from last meeting as one point of discussion. There were some matters such as the outdoor lights and the rock work that may need revisiting. Perhaps also a bit of time for small issues and miscellany.

Finally, a barbecue at 5 would be fine but it will get dark quick and it’s weather dependent.
