Through a mutual friend, Lauren forwarded the info re. Carlos Ortega, whom i met with this am. As we walked through the complex, he inquired about the need of repair on a number of units; i.e. window sills, decks. I advised him to include the work in the estimate for each homeowner to consider. Mr. Ortiz will return probably today with his partner to walk through again. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
