Due to rain predictions for this week, the driveway repair work has once again been postponed.  Also, Toshi and Liesl will have a 46' van in the complex on 9/17-18, moving them to their new home in Stone Mountain.  We'll miss you!!  The asphalt company has been notified to block out these two days. 


I will be out of state, beginning Friday, 9/14-9/19.  I will need someone to take over scheduling 9/20-23 with the asphalt company should the forecast allow.  Whoever agrees to take on this responsibility will need to place a call on Sept. 14th to Chris Hudgins (770-733-9601 cell); or if unable to reach, the asphalt company (770-427-4271).  A follow up phone call should take place on Monday, Sept. 17th.  If it's a go, you will need to immediately notify all homeowners, plus Jo Gatewood (rents my downstairs - jhanzynn at gmail.com).  Also, you need to notify the post office to hold our mail for three days.  The work requires two days; plus another 24 hours of drying time once the work is completed.  No one will be able to drive into or out of the complex for the designated three days,   Homeowners will be allowed to walk on the driveway after 12 hours of drying time.  A homeowner's vehicle needs to be placed at the complex's entrance to block outside vehicles.
