Thanks! The 2 oaks along the drive and closest to our house need to be trimmed right away. One was trimmed back away from our sky light last time but it is now completely covered again - dropping large branches and extremely loud small ones full of acorns.
Please let us know if any others have trees in need of trimming. </div>

<div dir="ltr">It has been brought to my attention that some limbs or trees on the property need to be trimmed or removed and replaced. This is a project that goes beyond the scope of the ongoing
but limited agenda of the Landscape Committee. So I am asking for a volunteer (or two) to take on this project as part of the ongoing contribution to the self-management of CP HOA.</div>

<div dir="ltr">This project should involve contacting professionals to survey the property to make recommendations and provide estimates of cost for recommended work. At least two companies should
be contacted.</div>

to all CP HOA owners.</div>
