We walked the property, and they identified the most problematic tree, which we had removed. <div dir="ltr">It has been brought to my attention that some limbs or trees on the property need to be trimmed or removed and replaced. This is a project that goes beyond the scope of the ongoing but
limited agenda of the Landscape Committee. So I am asking for a volunteer (or two) to take on this project as part of the ongoing contribution to the self-management of CP HOA.</div>

<div dir="ltr">This project should involve contacting professionals to survey the property to make recommendations and provide estimates of cost for recommended work. At least two companies should be
contacted.</div>

<div dir="ltr">The recommendations, including specific items and their costs, should be submitted to me. After consultation with other officers, I'll communicate final recommendations and project details
to all CP HOA owners.</div>
