Thanks for the contact info in re: Animal Control.

Your response raises for me a larger issue:
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Given our situation as an HOA--with the ongoing governance and maintenance and other work done by or through owners as volunteers (no one among us being paid to do anything!)--I had assumed and expected that since you volunteered at our last meeting to address the issue raised by Sara, you would follow through on the matter, with some consultation with Sara. If you prefer not to do so--okay; nothing I can do about your decision; but I had wanted this sort of matter to be addressed officially by the HOA by having more than one person involved to make sure steps were followed to some sort of resolution (if a resolution can be found). At this point, Sara will need to make the contact to provide information about the problem and report back on what she finds out.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
The larger point behind the one I make above I know you as immediate past president will understand and appreciate--the amount of monthly fees we pay as owners will not allow CP HOA to hire a professional company to do all that needs to be done here to maintain this place, to keep it viable, attractive, and so forth. And no one officer should or can be responsible for personally taking care of all issues and problems. So<em> all </em>CP HOA owners must step up--to serve from time to time as an officer, and to volunteer again and again to take on certain assignments to make sure things are taken care of. (This is one of the issues I hope we can discuss at our next HOA meeting.)
