A branch on one of the trees in the alley by my townhouse just fell into my neighbor's backyard. It doesn't appear anyone is hurt or there's any significant property damage;  it fell on a fire pit. I'm not sure if it's a tree on our communal property or belongs to someone on the other side of the fence? Not sure what responsibility we have here so hoping someone who has been here longer has some idea. <br>
