<span style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">An AT&T employee came out today to see about connecting my services with their company as I'm switching over from Comcast. He just informed me that the AT&T box next to our mailbox is not even connected to the large AT&T box across the street. He said an engineer will need to come out and access the problem, and it may require re-digging a trench all the way down to the sidewalk. If this happens, some of the shrubbery will be affected. (AT&T reimbursed the HOA for shrubbery lost a few years ago while they were installing the optic fiber cable.) This may explain why the outages for those of you who have their Internet service. After the installation of fiber optic cable in early 2000, and as a customer of AT&T at that time, I never lost internet nor landline phone services. </span>
