While I'm here, I'd also like to ask a few basic questions about Mel's idea of purchasing a pressure washer. While it makes good economic sense, I wonder:

<li>Where will it be kept?</li>
<li>What/who takes responsibility for it if/when it breaks? </li>
<li>It should not be assumed that Mr. Ringer would (want to) do this work. I don't think they are complicated machines, and if purchased I'm sure homeowners could use them themselves.</li>
