<span style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">If no one objects, I would like to have the fence section outside Mark's home as it will be replaced with the same type of fencing that was recently installed. At some point I'd like to fence in the small patio located behind the retaining wall which will prvide better security and less liability. This patio area is part of our community property but is really not accessible to homeowners without going through my property that goes out 10' to the retaining wall. For history purposes the area was once filled with bamboo and kudzu. After spending three years to clear and move boulders down to the creek bed to build a wall and prevent erosion, I moved in dirt and ground granite by wheelbarrow to build a flooring which was then topped off with stone and river rocks. Please let me know is you are agreeable to my request.</span>

I just want to let everyone know that Accurate Fence will be coming to remove the back fence and install the new metal one tomorrow. It shouldn’t take them more than a couple of days, but they will need space in the driveway for their trucks.
