They told me all they could do is replace a missing key, but if the issue was with the lock or the box itself I would have to call a locksmith and fix it on my own. Sounds like this might be bad information though.<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Joanne - did you contact someone at the local branch or did you call the main USPS customer service line?</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I’m expecting some important mail in the next few days, so need to get this solved ASAP.
