<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;"> As for my last discussions with Accurate, because there was so much going on about the gate, I only asked Cade to price the extension and gate. He wanted me to make the measurements and send those to him. I decided to wait instead until we got the gate issue resolved rather than waste his time going back and forth with me about an estimate. Turned out to be a good "lazyman" decision under the circumstances.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;"> The estimates for the back fence (for all three vendors) are attached so that you have the other two on hand. It's sometimes hard to compare estimates since they provide different materials and fence styles in those estimates. I've always found Sara to be a good resource if I have any questions about this sort of thing.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;"> Regarding the front fence, as you may recall, Accurate gave us three estimates: Option #1 - 12 feet out from the end of the current fence, Option #2 - from the current fence to the garden edge, and Option #3 - from the current fence to the culvert. 12 feet would probably satisfy CAU but it might look a little odd if it stopped there while right up the garden edge would look more "complete." Also, given that our place was just fine until CAU "reconsidered" last year, CAU may later come back and request that the fence go up to the garden edge (since no outsider is likely to cross over the garden to get to the creek). So I would suggest Option #2 above. I think everyone was fine with that and it isn't all that much more costly. Just my thoughts.</span></div>

<li class="yiv0243176357">Ask Accurate to also include a railing/fence along the curb line between 406 and 408 at the top of the stairs where there is a drop off, along the associations property line between those two properties (requirement #2) <strong>I believe that CAU only requested a railing at this location, no fencing, however <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">the current fence on the other side of the bridge between my place and Sara's may need shoring up (it wobbles now) before any company can put in a solid railing</span>. Accurate gave us a quote for this railing and for the railing along the path next to 410.</strong></li>
<li class="yiv0243176357">Ask Accurate to also include a fence along the path/stairs next to 410 (requirement #3) <strong>I think that CAU only requested a railing here as well and Accurate provided a quote for this and the railing between 406 and 408.</strong></li>
<li class="yiv0243176357">Ask Accurate to update their estimate from June for the fence along to back of the property, asking them to provide a metal option and take into account that they will already be on site installing items 1 through 3. <strong>We should get the update for sure but as for a metal option, I don't know anything about that. You might want to discuss this with Sara and/or Vincent since they were involved in requesting that estimate.</strong></li>
<li class="yiv0243176357">Regarding requirement #4, tell the insurance company that the culvert issue is a very complex one, as it involves the City of Decatur, a full engineering design and the property owner of 410. As such, we will require significant more time to provide them with further feedback. <strong>This sounds fine. I think CAU wants to see movement so the railing/fence extension should put them at ease for now. Note that I think there may be a new owner to 410 who is either living there now or moving in shortly. </strong></li>

<div class="yiv0243176357">In the interest of time and continuity, we believe it is best to employ Accurate for all the fence/railing work needed. If everyone approves I would like to move on the above recommendations ASAP. I am more than happy to take over communications with Accurate and CAU in place of Mark. Mark- I will contact you separately just so I am clear on exactly where things were left with Accurate.</div>
