<p class="yiv1849382501MsoNormal"> In the process of exploring some work on 344 Drexel, I ran across the guidelines for fences in Decatur. </p>
<p class="yiv1849382501MsoNormal">The HOA will need to obtain a permit to put a fence on the property. The decision to allow is based on how well it fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. </p>
<p class="yiv1849382501MsoNormal">“Fencing should not be added to the front of a house if it is not prevalent in the neighborhood, as it will adversely affect the streetscape.” The links below are to City of Decatur guidelines.</p>
