<p class="MsoNormal">A red trash bin (without an address on it) was placed on the curb for the attention of sanitation workers almost two weeks ago. (A plant container was also left.) The workers left the bin in the middle of the sidewalk. After several days
passed I picked up the bin and placed it near mailboxes, hoping that someone would claim it and move it. As of the last hour or so, the bin has still not been moved. <o:p></o:p></p>
