give to the first buyers of units #338, 408 and possibly 406. I purchased my home in 1986. Due to financial woes, Tom had to refinance with a different bank/law firm; thus, a second set of bylaws with different wordings was drawn up and provided to future

bylaws. At the request of the HOA president, I provided at that meeting a copy of my bylaws. A comparison was made of the two sets of bylaws, and it was concluded that I was not in violation. The homeowner who had brought up the discussion withdrew her
complaint by stating that she might choose to rent out her downstairs. The HOA was to make a copy of my set of bylaws to be included with the HOA minutes and documents.</span>
