I write to ask if you know anything about the car parked (in wrong<br>
direction) on Drexel near our common driveway. It's been there for several<br>
days. Windows down.<br>
Not  a good look for us. And if it does not belong to anyone of us (at<br>
Chelsea Place) or other neighbors it's actually a bit annoying and creepy.<br>
(Has the look of an abandoned vehicle.)<br>

I wonder if you on our behalf might try to find out what may be going on in<br>
this situation. And what we can do to address the matter.<br>
